2008 ALLUVIALE BLANC
A blend of 94% Sauvignon Blanc and 6% Semillon. Very pale straw colour with water like hue. The nose displays delicate aromas of grassy, unripe gooseberry, mineral and cedar. The palate is very dry, displaying flavours of herbaceous, unripe gooseberry, citrus and mineral, with some pencil shaving characters on the back palate. Good texture. Clean, crisp, dry finish with aftertaste of gooseberry, citrus, mineral and cedar.
