2009 WHITEHAVEN GREG SAUVIGNON BLANC
Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with watery hue. The nose displays excellent intensity and varietal character with lifted notes of herbaceous gooseberry followed by passionfruit and citrus. The palate delivers a concentrated and mouthfilling flavour experience – ripe gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus flavours are followed by some mineral like characters. Clean crisp finish. Superb mouthfeel with long aftertaste of passionfruit, ripe gooseberry, citrus and mineral. A superb intensely flavoured Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
