2009 PENNY’S HILL THE SPECIALIZED SHIRAZ CABERNET MERLOT
Outstanding opaque black dark purple colour with very deep dark black crimson hue. Youthful aromatics of freshly crushed blackberry, blackcurrant, liquorice and plum followed by some spice end notes. The palate displays excellent weight with rich blackberry, blackcurrant and dark cherry followed by some cedar and spice. Excellent depth. Very fine grained tannin structure with long blackberry, blackcurrant and cedar aftertaste.
