2008 WEDGETAIL ESTATE SINGLE VINEYARD SHIRAZ
Opaque black crimson red colour with deep dark red hue. The nose is quite refined displaying perfumed aromas of blackberry, black cherry and violets followed by some confectionary and cedar end notes. Medium to full bodied the palate displays generous but refined flavours of dark plum, liquorice, blackberry and confectionary followed by some spice on the back palate. Very fine grained perfectly balanced tannin structure with long aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice and spice.
