2008 CULLEN KEVIN JOHN CHARDONNAY
Bright straw colour with pale gold tinge around the edges and very pale straw hue. The nose displays excellent intensity with distinct barrel ferment characters. Aromas of spicy cashew, light butterscotch, toast and nougat followed by some honeycombe end notes. The medium weight palate possesses great flavour persistence and length with flavours of cashew, white peach, light butterscotch and nougat followed by some biscuit and spice. Clean dry finish with long very persistent aftertaste of white peach, cashew, spice and almond.
