2009 MOLLYDOOKER ENCHANTED PATH SHIRAZ CABERNET
Totally opaque black crimson purple colour with very deep black crimson hue that stains the sides of the glass. The nose displays aromas of ripe blackberry and blackcurrant followed by some liquorice and confectionary. The palate is a heavy hitter with explosive super concentrated flavours of very ripe blackberry, liquorice and blackcurrant followed by some spice and toasty oak on the finish. Super fine grained almost velvet like tannins with long aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice, spice and toasty oak.
