Brilliant light straw water like colour with watery hue. Aromas of pear, light dried honey, hay and spice. Dry, light and elegant the palate displays flavours of light pear, citrus and spice with some underlying minerality. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of light pear, citrus and mineral.
