2009 THELEMA SAUVIGNON BLANC
Brilliant water like colour with slight pale straw tinge and watery hue. Grassy herbaceous top notes are followed by some unripe gooseberry and passionfruit. The palate displays excellent intensity and mouthfeel with flavours of green grassy herbaceous gooseberry, citrus, capsicum and mineral. Clean crisp dry finish with long aftertaste of herbaceous grassy gooseberry, spice and mineral. A very herbaceous grassy style of Sauvignon Blanc.
