2009 PARADISE IV CHARDONNAY
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge and water like hue. The nose displays aromas of delicate white peach, biscuit, citrus and cashew along with some funky wild ferment end notes. Medium to full bodied the palate displays flavours of white peach, citrus, biscuit, cashew and yeast lees followed by a touch of spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of delicate white peach, spice and lees.
