2008 PARADISE IV THE BATESFORD SHIRAZ
Opaque black dark purple colour with deep dark purple hue. The nose is quite perfumed with lifted aromas of dark plum, blackberry and dark cherry followed by some spice and toast characters. Medium weight the palate displays flavours of plum, blackberry and spice with a toasty overlay. Very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, plum and spice. An elegant cool climate Shiraz.
