Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. Aromas of citrus, gooseberry, lime and mineral. The palate displays good mouthfeel and texture with flavours of lemon, lime, gooseberry and green apple. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of lime, green apple, lemon and mineral.
