| Matured for 18 months in predominately French oak puncheons. Near opaque deep dark crimson mauve colour with deep brick red hue. The nose displays aromas of dark chocolate, plum and spice. Medium bodied palate with ripe fleshy flavours of dark plum, dark chocolate, mulberry and spice. Dry finish. Fine grained soft tannins with aftertaste of spice, dark chocolate and earth. |
