| Bright pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges. Aromas of herbaceous grassy gooseberries are followed by some green apple and citrus notes showing good intensity. Mouthfilling flavours of gooseberry and passionfruit are followed by some green apple, citrus and mineral characters. Clean crisp acid finish with long aftertaste of gooseberry, unripe passionfruit and citrus. |
