2008 FLAMETREE FRANKLAND RIVER SHIRAZ
Matured in a combination of French and American oak for a period of 12 months. Opaque black dark purple colour with deep dark purple hue. The nose exhibits aromas of blackberry, liquorice, plum and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate displays good weight with flavours of blackberry, liquorice, blackpepper and spice. Good length. Fine grained slightly dryish tannins provide the wine with good structure. Aftertaste of liquorice, blackberry and blackpepper.
