2008 MAVERICK TRIAL HILL RIESLING
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge around the edges and water like hue. Lifted aromas of lemon, lime, toast and mineral showing good intensity. The palate is quite austere with razor sharp acidity and a steely structure. Flavours of lime, citrus and toast are followed by some steely mineral characters on the back palate. Clean crisp dry finish with long aftertaste of lime, citrus and mineral.
