2007 PARINGA ESTATE PE SHIRAZ
This Shiraz includes a 5% Viognier component and was matured for 15 months in a combination of new and used barriques. Near opaque black crimson colour with dark crimson hue. Aromas of blackberry, plum, liquorice allsorts and spice. Medium weight with spicy flavours of blackberry and plum followed by some blackpepper. Good length. Fine grained tannins with long aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice and blackpepper. An excellent cool climate Shiraz.
