2007 PIERRE AMADIEU LA PAILLOUSSE CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE
A blend of Grenache and Syrah this wine is aged in oak casks for 14 months. Near opaque dark crimson red colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose is quite perfumed with lifted dark cherry, exotic spice and raspberry aromas followed by a touch of new leather as an end note. Medium weight with flavours of black cherry, spice, earth and new leather. Fine grained, slightly dryish but balanced tannins. Aftertaste of black cherry, spice and new leather.
