2002 BLUE PYRENEES BRUT ROSE
Produced from a blend of predominately Pinot Noir along with a small Chardonnay component. Good persistent white mousse with very fine bead displaying excellent persistence. Very pale salmon pink base wine colour. The nose displays lifted raspberry, cherry and strawberry aromas followed by some yeast lees and sherbet end notes. The palate displays delicate flavours of cherry, strawberry and sherbet. Clean dry finish with moderate aftertaste of winter strawberry, cherry and yeast lees.
