| This wine is produced from the three classic sparkling varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The wine opens with a white creamy mousse that shows excellent hold. Exceptionally fine bead showing very good persistence. Pale straw base wine colour. The nose displays aromas of baked bread and grapefruit followed by some cashew and lees notes. Delicate palate flavours of citrus and grapefruit are followed by some biscuit and yeast lees. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of citrus, biscuit and yeast lees. |
