| This wine was aged for 7 years in bottle before being disgorged. Superb white creamy mousse showing excellent hold. Exceptionally fine bead displaying very good persistence. Pale straw base wine. Aromas of baked bread, biscuit, yeast lees and toast followed by a hint of honeycomb. The palate displays a creamy texture with flavours of baked bread, yeast lees and citrus followed by some toasty nougat end notes. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of cashew, brioche and lees. |
