| Brilliant very pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and water like hue. The nose displays some lifted floral notes followed by ripe pear, apple and a touch of spice. The palate is light in body weight and very dry with subtle flavours of pear and apple followed by a spicy dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, spice and mineral. |
