2007 HUGEL PINOT BLANC BLANC DE BLANCS
Brilliant very pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and water like hue. The nose displays some lifted floral notes followed by ripe pear, apple and a touch of spice. The palate is light in body weight and very dry with subtle flavours of pear and apple followed by a spicy dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, spice and mineral.
