2008 SINAPIUS CHARDONNAY
This wine was matured for 10 months in French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with water like hue. The nose displays delicate notes of pear, citrus and spice. Elegant palate flavours of white peach, cashew, citrus and spice with good underlying minerality and a clean crisp finish. Aftertaste of white peach, spice and cashew.
