| A blend of 77% Shiraz, 14% Grenache and 9% Mataro which was matured for 14 months in larger oak barrels. Deep dark crimson red mauve colour with crimson red mauve hue. Aromas of dark cherry, spice and liquorice allsorts followed by a hint of earth as an end note. Medium bodied with flavours of dark cherry, spice, earth and pepper. Fine grained slightly dryish tannins with aftertaste of spice, earth and dark cherry. |
